About Me
I’m Er. Raushan Kumar – an entrepreneur, AdTech innovator, and EIR Fellow at IIT Roorkee’s iHub DivyaSampark. With a background in engineering and deep roots in grassroots development, my journey began with passion-driven problem solving in rural India and evolved into building scalable technology like deWall Ads.
I’m Er. Raushan Kumar — an Engineer by degreee 😊, and the founder of deWall Ads. I come from a small village in Darbhanga, Bihar (India). From topping district boards and showcasing science models nationally, to founding a tech-backed advertising startup, my journey reflects deep dedication to solving real-world problems.
I graduated from Motihari College of Engineering and have always been passionate about community-driven technology. From developing a Landslide Alerting System (patent filed, R&D funded by IIT Roorkee) to mentoring government school children for the Inspire Award and NMMSS, every step of my path has been impact-focused.
In 2023, I launched deWall Ads, now a registered private limited company, focused on turning empty walls into ad opportunities for businesses while creating self-employment in tier-2 and rural areas.
I currently serve as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at iHub DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee. I’ve been a student representative at the Department of Industries (Bihar), an NSS leader, and a scout.
My contributions range from social drives like cloth donation, blood camps, and village teaching — to startup accelerators like TIH IIT Bombay, where I secured grants up to ₹6L for my animation-tech proposal.

To transform ordinary walls and spaces into impact-driven advertising assets — empowering local communities, businesses, and youth along the way.
My mission is to build India’s 1st decentralized AdTech marketplace that transforms everyday streets, walls, and spaces into high-impact promotional platforms. I aim to unlock the hidden value of public and private infrastructure — turning them into engines of visibility, empowerment, and grassroots economic growth.
Through deWall Ads, I strive to connect local businesses, advertising agencies, and aspiring youth from across the country — enabling affordable outreach, self-employment, and community-led branding.
I believe every wall can tell a story, every ad can create opportunity, and every space holds the power to uplift someone’s future.

📜 Journey So Far
2016 – Early Recognition
Awarded by Aeronautical Scientist and Founder of Tejas, Padma Shri Dr. Manas Bihari Verma for early scientific innovation.
2017 – State Exhibitions
High School Topper and represented school in state-level science exhibitions three times.
2018 – National Platform
Presented a working model at the National Science Exhibition representing Bihar.
2019 – Academic Excellence
District Topper in 12th Science Stream from BSEB Board, Patna, with 90%+ score and media coverage.
2020 – Engineering Begins
Secured AIR 295 in VITEEE. Started B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Motihari College of Engineering.
2021 – Mentorship Journey
Worked as Science Project Trainer for Bihar government schools, preparing students for Inspire Award Manak, Science Congress, and NMMSS.
2022 – Innovation & Leadership
Awarded UG Chanakya Fellowship from IIT Roorkee's iHub DivyaSampark for the Landslide Alerting System project. Also led NSS unit of MCE Motihari.
2023 – Institutional Builder
Contributed to the formation of MCE Alumni Association and helped launch it from scratch with senior guidance.
2024 – Startup Milestone
Organised the first Alumni Meet at MCE, placed via college placement, qualified for Gandhi Fellowship and EIR. Founded deWall Ads, registered as SWAMI DEWALL ADS PRIVATE LIMITED.
